MSNBC Spots A Guy With A Loaded Gun At Obama Townhall

I'm not sure if this guy was there when the President arrived for the event but, it seems weird that he would just be allowed to stand there with a loaded gun. I have to wonder what this guy's motivation was. Did he think that he would need protection, in broad daylight, at a presidential event? If not, then what was he thinking?
